Registration
We are excited about EYC 2024 and that you have chosen to be a part of this year’s event. Due to price increases with hotels and food, we are having to make changes to our pricing structure. EYC is motivated to help keep the cost per person as reasonable as we can.
Registration (October 1 – 15)
$215 per person with 4 in a room.
$250 per person with 3 in a room.
$350 per person with 2 in a room.
$550 per person with 1 in a room.
Late Registration (October 16-31)
$240 per person with 4 in a room.
$275 per person with 3 in a room.
$375 per person with 2 in a room.
$575 per person with 1 in a room.
* Shirts cannot be guaranteed after registration closes October 31st.
* All payments final after October 31st.
Registration includes all camp activities, 7 meals, hotel accommodations, t-shirt, and event entry.
We do our best to keep Exposure Youth Camp as affordable as possible. Due to continued rise of hotel, food, and other costs, we have had to raise the rates to attend. We continue to do all we can to keep this event as accessible as possible and appreciate your understanding of these changes.

How to get in on the Embassy Suites Draft
You must complete(with Correct names!!!) and pay in full your registration by the end of October 7, 2024. If your check is postmarked but October 7, your group will still qualify for the ESH Draft. On November 1st there will be a random draw for who will be in the Embassy Suites. There will be 10 other hotels that we use, but the ESH will be the closest to the Von Braun Center where we hold EYC 2024.
